What is a hand replayer for?
A replayer visually replays a hand you played, action by action, as if you relived it at the table. At each step it shows the pot, the stacks, the position and — at showdown — each player's equity.
It's the core analysis tool: away from in-game pressure, you clearly see where and why a decision was good or bad. Essential to turn your hands into real lessons.
How to replay a hand
Copy a hand history from your room or tracker, paste it, and the replayer rebuilds it automatically. You can paste several hands at once — a selector appears to navigate between them.
Step through action by action (keyboard or buttons), switch to autoplay, or replace an opponent's cards with a range to estimate your equity against a range of hands rather than two known cards.
What the replayer reveals
By replaying your hands, you spot things that are invisible in the heat of the action:
- Your real equity on each street, at showdown
- The SPR (stack-to-pot ratio) that drives your all-ins
- The pot odds: was your call profitable?
- Your recurring leaks: sizing, fold/call spots
Supported rooms and trackers
The replayer reads hand histories from the main rooms as well as tracker exports — with no install:
FAQ
What is a poker hand replayer?
It's a tool that visually replays a hand you already played, action by action, recalculating the pot, stacks and equities at each step. It's used to analyze your decisions calmly to improve, spot mistakes and confirm your good reads.
How do I import my hands into the replayer?
Just copy the hand history from your poker room (Winamax, PokerStars, Unibet, partypoker, 888) or from your tracker export (PokerTracker 4, Hold'em Manager), then paste it into the tool. You can paste several hands at once; a selector lets you navigate between them.
Does the replayer calculate equities?
Yes. At showdown it shows each player's exact equity, computed locally. You can also replace an opponent's cards with a range (drawn or imported) to estimate your equity against a range of hands, exactly like an equity calculator.
Is the replayer free?
You can view a demo hand without an account. The full replayer — importing and analyzing your own hands — is part of Forge.poker's Pro plan.
