Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
1. Purpose
Forge.poker is an educational platform that helps poker players learn and memorize their playing ranges. No real-money gambling is offered or facilitated.
2. Minimum age
Use of Forge.poker is reserved for persons aged at least 15, or the legal age of digital consent in your country of residence if it is higher (for example 16 in Germany). By creating an account, you confirm that you have reached this age.
3. User account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Each account allows only one active session at a time: signing in from another device or browser replaces the previous session, which is then signed out. Account sharing is not permitted. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings. Deletion comes with a 7-day grace period during which it remains reversible (log back in before the deadline to cancel it); after that period, it is permanent.
4. User data
The ranges and training history you create belong to you. You can export them at any time from the Settings.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Forge.poker for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users' data, or disrupt the operation of the service. The content of the service — in particular the ranges, grids and charts — is licensed to you under a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence, limited to your own training. In particular, you may not copy, share, publish, resell, redistribute, or automatically extract (scrape) it, in whole or in part.
6. Limitation of liability
Forge.poker is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of the poker strategies presented. The use of this information in real-money games is the sole responsibility of the user.
7. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the user's country of habitual residence. A consumer residing in the European Union retains the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence.
