Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of Forge.poker's paid subscriptions — the “Pro” plan, open for subscription, and the “Pro+” plan, announced but not yet open — as well as the 7-day Pass, a one-off purchase with no subscription, to consumers, as a distance sale. Any subscription or purchase implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

3. Service and plans
Forge.poker offers a free Free plan (with daily limits) and paid subscription plans, which remove the limits and unlock advanced features (unlimited training and tools, full analysis, etc.): the Pro plan, open for subscription, and the Pro+ plan, announced but not yet open for subscription. The full feature list for each plan is presented on the /pro page. A paid subscription grants a personal right of access and use to the features and content, without any transfer of ownership: the ranges, grids and charts remain the property of Forge.poker and may not be shared or redistributed (see the Terms of Use and Legal Notice).
7-day Pass. The 7-day Pass is a one-off purchase, with no subscription and no renewal. For 7 days from payment, it removes the Free plan's daily limits on range training, situation training and Hand vs Hand and Hand vs Range equity calculations. It does not change the Free plan's other limits (number of saved grids, sharing, Range vs Range and other features reserved for subscriptions). A Pass bought while another one is still running extends it by 7 days. It is not offered to subscribers, whose plan already includes these uses. When it expires, the account returns to the Free plan with no action on your part and no loss of data.
4. Price
Pro plan: €12.99/month or €89/year. Pro+ plan: €24.99/month or €179/year — announced, not yet open for subscription. 7-day Pass: €4.99, one-off payment. Prices in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT exemption scheme): prices do not include VAT. Prices may be changed at any time; the applicable rate is the one in force at the time of subscription, purchase or renewal, and an ongoing subscription keeps the rate it was taken out at until it is cancelled.
5. Order and payment
Subscription or purchase is completed online from your account. Payment is securely processed by our provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; Forge.poker never has access to your full banking details. Payment is due immediately upon ordering, then, for subscriptions, at each renewal date. The 7-day Pass is paid once, at purchase.
6. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is concluded for a term of one month or one year depending on the plan chosen, and renews automatically (tacit renewal) for identical periods. In accordance with Articles L215-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, for annual subscriptions a reminder is sent to you by email before each renewal date, informing you of the option not to renew. You may cancel at any time, free of charge and without penalty; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and no pro-rata refund is due. Cancellation is easily done online from your subscription management area (Stripe portal accessible from your Settings), or by email to hello@forge.poker.
The 7-day Pass is not a subscription: it does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and it ends on its own at the end of its 7 days.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 days from subscription or purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason (Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).
Exception — digital content and services: by subscribing or purchasing, you expressly request immediate access to the service ordered (subscription or 7-day Pass) and acknowledge that, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, your right of withdrawal ends as soon as performance of the service has begun with your prior agreement and your express waiver of that right. As long as you have not used the service, the right of withdrawal remains exercisable during the 14 days.

8. Legal guarantees
The service benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) applicable to digital content and services. In the event of a lack of conformity, contact us at hello@forge.poker.
9. Mediation and disputes
In the event of a dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge (see Legal notice). Failing an amicable agreement, these Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the buyer's country of habitual residence.
